To get a truly broad based blended learning system you could include 'MCSA' or 'MCSE' from MS to the 'CompTIA' A+/N+ and Cisco CCNA track. Always talk over your career needs with an industry expert prior to concluding your way forward - it will not only save time and expense, it will also make sure that you are taking the right path from the start.

Be on the lookout that any accreditations you're studying for are commercially relevant and are current. 'In-house' certificates are not normally useful in gaining employment. To an employer, only the top companies like Microsoft, CompTIA, Adobe or Cisco (for example) will open the right doors. Anything less just doesn't cut the mustard.

Don't accept anything less than an authorised exam preparation system as part of your training package. Confirm that your practice exams are not only asking questions in the right areas, but are also posing them in the same way that the proper exam will phrase them. It really messes up students if the phraseology and format is completely different. It's a good idea to ask for testing modules that will allow you to check your knowledge at all times. Simulated or practice exams help to build your confidence - then the actual exam is much easier.
